by commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the terms of service (←please press this link) and all commission info listed below

how to order

◆ send me a message on instagram/twitter (@melodicmisa), or e-mail the following information:

◆ type of commission: personal or commercial
◆ description of what you would like in detail
◆ provide 2-3 references, if you do not have any i can suggest what may work best for the artwork
◆ your paypal email / my e-transfer email (for canadians*)
◆ (optional): special requests such as deadlines so i can confirm if i can meet your requests. if urgent, we can discuss for a quicker turnaround (+rush fee)

◆ after discussion, i will provide you the quote and send the invoice upon confirmation

prices

◆ prices vary depending on the amount of details and design complexity.
◆ free: 2 revisions during rough sketch previews, free minor changes in final artwork (colors, adding sparkles/hearts)
◆ if not satisfied over 2 free revisions,
+$8 per draft changes in rough draft
+$15 per draft change in final commission

process

◆ upon receiving payment, i will begin working on the artwork. the general turnaround is 4-10 business days which is dependent on my workload
◆ a rough sketch will be sent to you for approval - this is the time for your input and to voice any changes/tweaks to the commission (2 free revisions)
◆ after the sketch is approved, i will finish the artwork and send you a final commission preview (any new drawing changes require an additional fee)
◆ this is a digital purchase (no physical copy) - i will send you a png and jpeg copy of the artwork through email

refunds & cancellations

◆ after payment, commissions are non-refundable
◆ you have the right to cancel the commission if you have not paid yet

◆ commissions are for personal usage or for family / friends and NOT for monetary use or profits
◆ examples: personal prints, gifts, upload to social media with artist credit, profile pictures, etc.
◆ i have ownership of this artwork and have rights to the following:

◆ posting the artwork on my social media
◆ using the artwork in my portfolio
◆ make merchandise using this artwork

◆ the commissioner is not allowed to:

◆ post the artwork on social media without crediting the artist
◆ edit, re-distribute or claim artwork as their own
◆ use the artwork commercially or for any monetary gains

commercial use

◆ commissions for commercial - you have ownership of the art and intend to use it as your merchandise or as a commercial graphic
◆ examples: logos, packaging designs, stickers, keychains, other graphics
◆ you have the right to:

◆ promote the artwork on social media without crediting me
◆ use the artwork commercially or for any monetary gains

◆ the artist has the right to:

◆ use the artwork as part of their portfolio
◆ post it on social media
◆ you may request that i do not tag you in my post

◆ i do not do royalties, therefore my prices are varied flat rates
◆ please message me about your intended use and i will provide a better quote
◆ you can only use the artwork for its intended purpose that we discussed. if i design a sticker for you, you may not sell it as keychains. these are separate charges.
